This is what lands on your phone.
Not a name and a number. Everything below is pulled before the homeowner ever reaches a contact form, which is why you are confirming a price rather than quoting one blind.

Why that matters on the phone
You already know the lawn is 12,460 square feet before you ring the bell, so you know whether it is worth your route. The homeowner has already seen $70-$85 and asked to be matched anyway, so the price conversation is a confirmation rather than a negotiation.
Sloped and wooded lots are flagged before you accept. If the numbers do not work for your equipment or your route, you pass and pay nothing.

How this differs from a shared-lead marketplace.
Most lawn companies have been burned by one, so it is worth being specific about the structural differences rather than just promising to be nicer.
| Shared-lead marketplace | This site | |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets the lead | Sold to several companies at once, so you are racing to call first | One company. Yours, or nobody's |
| What the homeowner expects | Several calls, and a reason to haggle between them | One named company, shown to them before they submit |
| Price conversation | Cold quote against unknown competitors | They have already seen a range and asked to proceed |
| What you know before calling | Name, number, rough job type | Parcel turf area, services, frequency, condition, terrain, timing |
| Membership fee | Common | None. Pay per accepted lead |
| Bad leads | Disputes, sometimes credits | Return within three days, no argument |
Marketplace practices vary and change. The column above describes the shared-lead model in general, which is the thing most operators mean when they say they are done with lead sites.
We launched in 2026, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
If you are reading this early, the honest position is this: the site is live, the estimator works, the pricing model is calibrated against real Chesterfield quotes, and lead volume is being built. We would rather tell you that than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
That is why founding partners get their first five leads free and why there is no membership fee. You are taking a chance on something new; the terms should reflect it. If the leads are good you keep taking them, and if they are not you stop, having spent nothing.
Questions homeowners ask
How many leads will I get?
We launched in 2026 and we are not going to quote you a number we cannot stand behind. That is exactly why founding partners get their first five leads free and there is no membership fee. You risk nothing to find out.
Is the lead shared with other companies?
No. One lead goes to one company, and the homeowner sees your name before they submit. If you pass, it goes to the next provider in the rotation, never to both of you.
What does a lead actually cost?
From $30 per accepted mowing lead and from $50 for fertilization program or aeration leads. You pay nothing for leads you pass on, and nothing monthly.
What if the lead is junk?
Return it within three days for a wrong number, a duplicate, an address outside your territory, or someone who never requested contact. No argument and no dispute process.
Do I have to take every lead?
No. Each one arrives by text with the property details and the price range the homeowner saw. Reply ACCEPT or PASS. You can also cap your monthly volume or pause entirely during a busy stretch.
Why do you need my insurance and VDACS certificate?
Because we tell homeowners every matched company carries general liability cover and that anyone doing fertilization or weed control is certified by VDACS. We check it rather than claim it, and re-verify annually.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. The range on the site is a model calibrated against real Chesterfield quotes, not a price you are bound to. You confirm the final number after seeing the lawn. If your number regularly lands outside the range, tell us and we recalibrate.
Do I get anything besides leads?
A provider profile on this site with your coverage, services and certifications, linked to your own website and Google profile.
What areas can I cover?
You pick your ZIPs. Coverage today is Chesterfield County and adjacent localities, including Midlothian, Chester, Bon Air, Moseley, North Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Powhatan, Hopewell and South Richmond.
What happens if I do not call the homeowner back?
We measure response time. Miss the four business hour window and the homeowner gets re-matched with another company at no cost to them. Repeated misses mean being paused.
